Helmed by Ram Ramesh Sharma and produced-written by Subhash Ghai, ‘36 Farmhouse’ is based on the concept of ‘some steal for need, some steal for greed,’ with the farmhouse's inheritance serving as the focal point of the tale. The rest of the story will reveal whether or not they were successful in convincing their mother to distribute an equal share of the land. The rest of the family, particularly her second son, a filthy affluent Gajender (Rahul Singh), and her youngest son's wife Mithika (Flora Saini), believe Raunak emotionally manipulated their mother for the property and refuse to accept it.
